Keith B. Masters, P.E.

Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a Petroleum Engineering major from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980, and a Master of Engineering degree with a Petroleum Engineering major from Tulane University of New Orleans in 1985. He has been a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas since 1990, and also earned a Master of Business Administration with a Finance concentration from St. Edward's University in 2002.

Upon graduation from the University of Texas, Keith held a variety of positions with a major oil and gas operator in New Orleans, Louisiana and Midland, Texas over a period of approximately nine years. He has served as a consultant since 1990.

His education and experience have resulted in a broad spectrum of expertise which he is able to apply in providing client services.
